Wish and Well provides AI-powered character voice calls designed to engage children in positive ways, such as reducing anxiety before appointments, encouraging healthy habits, and celebrating achievements. Our services are offered through partner businesses such as pediatric healthcare practices.

Eligibility and Consent

Our services are intended for use by parents or legal guardians on behalf of their children. By enrolling, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are the parent or legal guardian of the child who will receive calls
• You consent to your child receiving AI-generated voice calls
• You consent to receiving SMS messages related to the service

SMS Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Wish and Well LLC, including:

• Notifications that a call is available for your child
• Links to schedule or initiate calls
• Appointment reminders
• Service updates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

Opt-out: Text STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.

SMS consent is not required to purchase any goods or services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false information during enrollment
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

AI-Generated Content

Our voice calls are generated by artificial intelligence. While we design our AI characters to be friendly, age-appropriate, and encouraging, the content is generated in real-time and may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wish and Well LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Termination

You may stop using our services at any time by opting out of SMS messages (reply STOP) or contacting us to request removal from our system. We may terminate or suspend access to our services at our discretion.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
